Rich is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland. His areas of concentration include complex commercial litigation; real estate transactions and commercial agreements; and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience counseling clients on energy and environmental matters particularly related to emerging issues in sustainable land use, renewable energy, and climate change. Rich is accredited by the United States Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Areas of Practice:

Prior to becoming an associate with the firm, Rich was an attorney and consultant with Amplitude Energy Analytics and prior to that was an associate with Dickstein Shapiro, LLP in Washington, DC where he counseled clients on trade regulation, land use, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.
