Kimberly is of counsel to the firm and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.  Her practice focuses on representing for profit and non-profit entities, small and large businesses in a variety of industries, including hospitals, physicians, medical practices, dentists and dental practice management companies, in connection with health care and regulatory matters, real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing; practice sales and acquisitions; formation of new business ventures and entities; corporate governance; and other operational and transactional matters.

Areas of Practice:

Prior to becoming associated with the firm, Kimberly was Associate General Counsel for the University of Pennsylvania Health System where she focused on physician and hospital operational, regulatory and transactional matters.
